Submitting an enquiry, choosing experiences, adding a hotel to your wish list or downloading a brief does not make a reservation or guarantee availability. We first discuss your preferences and check arrangements. A trip is confirmed only through a written booking confirmation and acceptance of the booking conditions supplied for that trip. The current website enquiry form does not take payment.

Website itineraries and accommodation collections provide inspiration. Your written proposal will identify the travel dates, travellers, accommodation or tent category, transport, activities, meal inclusions, currency, total price and any exclusions. Prices depend on dates and supplier availability. Optional extras, upgrades and personal requests are included only where expressly confirmed in the proposal or booking documents.

Any required deposit, balance due date, amendment charge, cancellation schedule and refund entitlement must be explained in the written booking conditions before you confirm or pay. There is no universal deposit percentage or cancellation fee stated on this website. Ask us to clarify the conditions for your particular trip, including supplier terms, before accepting them. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply remain unaffected.

Balloon flights and other outdoor experiences depend on weather, safety decisions, operating conditions and availability. Outdoor candlelit dinners are weather permitting. Hotels, camps and independent suppliers may have their own operational rules. Any proposed alternative or resulting price or refund consequence should be addressed through your booking conditions and communication with us; a replacement is not automatically guaranteed by this website.

Travellers are responsible for checking the entry documents, visa conditions, travel insurance and personal requirements relevant to their journey.
